Twin attacks in Norway July 22, 2011 -- a bomb in Oslo's government district followed by a shooting spree at the governing Labor Party's youth camp outside the capital -- killed 77 people.

Anders Behring Breivik surrendered to police and confessed to the attacks, but rejected criminal guilt. His trial took place from April - June 2012. A verdict is due Aug. 24. - AP, Reuters
