Trump appointments and nominations

Editor's note: Politico reports Donald Trump will meet this coming week with Admiral James G. Stavridis and Rex W. Tillerson, the CEO of ExxonMobil, as he expands his short list of candidates for secretary of state, sources say. Trump aide Kellyanne Conway told reporters earlier on Sunday that Trump will interview more candidates for the position, though he already has four people under consideration. Politico also notes Trump’s transition team last week identified former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Tennessee Sen. Bob Corker and former CIA Director David Petraeus as the top four contenders. We're watching for more information. - Rebecca
